I led the design, marketing, and communications for three consecutive years. Communications started well before the event with targeted emails and promotion strategies.
This website showcased top-tier speakers and was the central information and registration hub. The accompanying app encouraged the involvement of participants and helped them navigate the event.
The 70-foot main stage created a wall to wall experience, and its lighting changed throughout the day to simulate a natural environment. We also used high-detail cityscapes as backdrops.
The event also included various design collateral, including sponsorship and attendee name tags, way-finding signage, sponsor booths, branded event swag, and much more.
